Does anyone know when they redesigned the wheel wells to prevent leaks? Ours is a 2017 and appears to have an issue. We were suppose to pick it up from the dealer last night (they fixed an issue with our roof and checked the floor) but are going this morning as it was raining last night. We will find out more today about what exactly they think is going on. I am so bummed out.

I always wondered if it had been an issue . Seems like the older Retros never had the problem .Something must have changed or do they rush on the builds being they are selling more than before. GBA!!SVJ

I don’t know, I thought that the issue was fixed in newer models. Towing our camper home now and will call Riverside to see what our options are. According to the dealer we don’t have any soft spots but the floor from the wheel well back about a foot is wavy close to the wall and about two inches wide. What I thought was a screw head is most likely a knot in the wood. The tech that worked on it said we would be fine just caulking the wheel wells but thought we should talk to the factory before we did anything because they might replace the whole floor. It’s a haul out to the factory but we’ll have to see what they say.
Thanks!
