So today I hooked up to city water and my fresh water fill was overflowing. I called the dealer and they said, "IMPOSSIBLE" for that to happen. I turned of city water and used the fresh water tank. I have since hooked up the city water and no duplication of the leaking. Any ideas what may have happened?

Update: I checked the fresh water tank fill spout this morning it is again backflowing and leaving the ground wet. I plan to empty the freshwater tank and see if it refills from the city water side.

The water pump has a check valve in it which is supposed to keep city water from going through it backwards and into the tank. They can go bad, but more often a piece of debris (like a small bit of plastic from when they drilled holes in the tank) will get in there and interfere with the seal.

Mikes, thanks, I was leaning to the water pump as the culprit. Can I clean the pump of any debris? Where do I find the pump?

Mikes, where is the water pump? I have no schematic or diagram for the water system. Really hard for me to crawl under the trailer.

Found the pump! No idea if this is a customer serviceable issue?
