We have a 2018 Retro 5th wheel and wondering if any one else has leaks at Windows doors and seams?  So EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!  Full timers in Arizona, now swimming

So sorry to hear about the problems with your Retro! Our 2018 181b has been leak free (knock on OSB), so I know Riverside is capable of putting a tight trailer together, even though they failed with yours. Is your dealer working with you to resolve the leaks? I know that the windows can be removed and reinstalled with new seals/caulking and a lot of the new sealants really are high tech wonders. Good luck with getting everything fixed!

We bought a used 2017 195 FKS and had a couple of roof leaks during spring rains. I got up on the roof and found a couple of seams where the caulking had come out. I just used regular silicone seal with a caulking gun to reseal the seams and we now have no leaks. We haven't had any window issues. Good luck!!

Dealer's solution, trade off our 10 month old Retro with a MSRP of $10500, did I mention we paid $25000!  Riverside's solution bring it to Indiana.  Repairs, hmm we are full timers need to house my hubby and I, cat and dog for @ 2-3 weeks.  Oh yeah pay to store EVERYTHING!  Can't live in it anymore as the leaking has gone beyond windows to puddles in the basement and along floor boards, must be the roof.  With the mold now showing up, indicates the insulation is saturated as well.  We believed the Factory Rep and were sold a wreck!  No worries everyone got their $$ from us and we we're taken to the cleaners!
