Long story short we have a couple of things that need to be repaired on our Retro. Our dealer can’t get us in for service until after our warranty expires. They said to call Riverside and ask for a Goodwill exception. I have emailed to no avail. I can’t find a number anywhere. So frustrating. Unfortunately, I’m our years of camping it just seems easier to pay for something than try to get warranty work done.  Sad.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any dealer worth their salt would; A. Expedite time critical warranty work, and B. Contact the dealer on your behalf. Riverside is Amish, and difficult to communicate with because of this. Your best hope for direct contact is Bob Taulbee.

ok 2 things I found out.Phone number is 260-499-4578 and dial operator option. Also we have a scrip to Trailer Life Mag .People who have warranty issues write to them they write an article in the magazine and try to get it resolved. Most of the time it is taken care of . They do not want the negative press. Hope this works for you. BTY I got the phone number thru Tailer Life Magazine article. GBA!!SVJ

First, warranty covers problems, when they can fix them isn't your problem, that's between the manufacturer and the dealer. if the issue(s) affect the service life, keep records. Simply reporting and trying to arrange for service is all you need do to mitigate potential damages - if more are caused because they can't get to you for months, it's their problem, not yours. Consider it an extended warranty. Just keep specific records.

Thank you all! I left a message at Riverside and my call was returned by a very kind lady in the warranty dept. Everything is being covered, as it should be. I appreciate all your insights and info. See you down the road!
