Do you have an antenna on yours? Not all have them. Is there a button and light on the wall plate? If not, it probably just goes to the jack on the outside which is there to hook up to park cable. If you have an antenna, you may need to crank it up and make sure the amplifier is on (the button on the wall plate - the LED will light up when it's on).

There is a dome on a pedistall on the roof of mt 199fkp  if that's not the antenna, what is it?

Our 199 didn't come with an antennae. We found out after the fact. We mounted a tv anyway and use a portable little antennae. It's not great, but we don't watch a lot of tv camping. When we do we use our fire stick and watch Netflix. If the parks wifi is bad and we still get good 4g from our phones we create our personal hotspot to get internet.

We just got a little TV, for some reason when my ran it we only got 4 channels. I went into mode on the tv, changed it to “air” then auto searched channels and got 17.
