Gilberto. Lots of stuff going on in your post. 1st, when you say "trailer is not level", this means the tow hitch is either too high or too low. Suggest you level the trailer in the street, street needs to be level also. Now Bach up the TV to the ball hitch. The ball should sit approx 1-2 inches above the trailer hitch. When you couple the trailer with the TV the trailer should still sit level. If not adjust the ball height, if you can't get it high enough then get a ball hitch that goes higher. Etrailer has some good basic videos that explain this. I believe that the F250 should not need a wdh, based on what other members have said, HOWEVER, IF THE FRONT AXCEL OF THE TV IS HIGH then a wdh will help.
I suggest getting a WDH / anti sway system that is built as one
You can buy separate anti sway bars but why?
I would start with the TV / trailer coupling, get that right and you may be done.

I have a 193 and I switched from Anderson hitch to air bags and what a difference when towing..I do like the Anderson wd set up if not going with airbags.

From everything I read before installing airbags says yes

I have air bags when towing our 193 it levels the truck and trailer, does not control sway! But most concerning is the axel weight does not change> With weight distribution system it takes the load off your axel and distributes it to the trailer.

Air bags can raise the truck body by taking some of the load off of the springs, however, the load on the axle does not change and there is no sway control provided by the air bags.  A WD hitch, with its lever action, transfers some of the rear axle load to the front axle and the trailer axle. All of the WD hitches that I have seen do provide sway control.

Hmmm. Don't see air bags providing anti sway! Friction is needed to control anti sway either on the trunion or the ball hitch as with the Andersen.

Gilberto, My 2015 F250 has electronic sway control on it. It is buried in one of the menus in the driver info center. Make sure it is ON. This may save you some time and money.

Electronic sway control doesn't prevent sway but it does 'control' it by selective application of power and braking to the 4 wheels.
