I have made a couple nice improvements to my 195,,  The first is to add a drawer to the under the booth storage area.  When I bought it there was wood behind the door blocking any access to the storage area.  No one at the dealer could explain why,  So out it came and I installed a drawer on slide rails.

Storage door..

And the Drawer behind.  It's nice so now I don't have to get on my knees to access that area

And some under the bed adjustable partitions

I am also in the process of making a new table top to replace the "Cheap" looking factory one.

Nice!  I added a drawer in that same location.

Is your table top the "stain grade", softwood glue-up from LowesDepot or something else?

Table top looks amazing. Nice work. Drawer is great idea, and execution, also.

My wife brought a bunch of wood kits from work,  I thought it was Oak but it seemed to fairly soft ( cutting and sanding)  The kits were wood panels about 10" by 12" is size so I cut them in strips and glued together, Natural colored stain with satin finish Spar urethane.

Drawer wasn't a good addition and the table looks great.  Did it add much addional weight?

Weight is a good question. Had my 195 on a scale, and the trailer — naturally tongue heavy (specs have it at 580# — 14%+ of TT unloaded & w/o full LP tanks and battery!) — came in well over the 15% tongue weight top-end: with our load mostly packed toward the rear! (Our experience may have been somewhat driven by getting the factory-installed optional solid kitchen counter top; which lays from mid-axles to door.) So we got a Sherline tongue weight scale. did some load re-arranging. The TV rear axel will be happier in 2019. But enough about us: Your table looks great! Would love to do similar. But do have same poundage Q Dave raises. Original is kinda flimsy, but light, which is good for the 195's design.

Table top is about 4 - 5 # more than original top.  Drawer added about 7 #  with slide rails. Probably not enough to be of concern.
