Has anyone else had a problem with cracks in the bathroom/shower floor in their Riverside RV trailer? The floor pan of our 2014 155 has developed an 8-inch long crack. We step on the floor carefully, avoiding the cracked area, and of course have not used the shower since the crack started. There is no easy access to the void area under the floor pan. Anyone ever repaired a cracked plastic floor pan?? shower crack2.JPG

I think the shower pans are made by Ameri-Kartwho say they're made of ABS. If the crack closes up when you're not pushing on it, I'd try some clear ABS cement to see if that would fix it. Alternately, a piece of Eternabond tape would cover and seal the crack, but the repair would be much more obvious. Once you apply Eternabond, it's not coming off, so you have to get it right the first time.

But, I'm not sure how long either would last if the root issue is that the pan is flexing and needs more support underneath.

Thanks Mikes. Great information. The link to Ameri-Kart really speedup my search for how the whole floor/pan/tank are constructed. Glue and/or Eternabond tape could keep the water from getting underneath. Structurally, one thing that would help is a duck board grating that would spread weight to other edges of the pan. Thanks again.
