Hello
We are currently camping and when we pulled in yesterday evening. We noticed the running lights were not working on our 195
*note brake lights do work
So we know there is electrical connect.
Any idea where to start?

Not sure, but you might have to turn on the headlights on the tow vehicle....  You might try that.

Tow vehicle (TV) running lights work?
No - TV fuse
Yes - check pin 3 to ground on TV side of plug while lights on.
12-13volts?
No - wiring harness, TV side.
Yes - clean pins, plug in trailer, (might fix) remove a bulb and check to ground with lights on.
12-13 v?
Yes - check bulbs and connects
No - wiring harness, trailer side.
That's a start.

Update
With help from our son in law. He connected his truck and the trailer lights worked.  Turns out a fuse on the truck was blown out. Thank goodness it was a simple fix.
Thank you @Tom from a start place

Try getting a can of aerosol electrical contact cleaner from an auto parts store.  Spray both parts of your connector and plug back together.  This often will correct minor corrosion problems on you connectors.  Good luck
