Hi there, just saying hi and making a quick intro for myself and my wife to this forum.  We're the new owners of a 2018 199FK Retro, and are about to hit the road for a 3K mile trip from our home in Santa Cruz CA to Glacier National Park, Canada.  This is her maiden voyage, so I'm sure we'll have some things that come up when we're en route with our 11 year old son.

Any Retro Riverside RV'rs on the road between California and British Columbia?  Come have an Old Fashioned with us!

We haven't the Retro yet (we still have our 2007 T@B), and we're in the SF East Bay. Whereabouts did you find your 199FK? We can't find any to look at anywhere near here. Likely just as well, as we need a new TV also.

Hi

Looks like Gilroy, Manteca and Fairfield are your 3 closest. I know Mike Ferguson's RV in Paradise (3-4 hrs north) typically has stock on the lot.

Thanks, but none of them have the 199 in stock. We are headed to Manteca, Fairfield, and Petaluma tomorrow to feel out which dealer is most to our liking. They've all got other floorplans for us to check out. We will likely order from the factory anyhow, and for that, we need to find the dealer we most want to work with anyhow. We may get to Gilroy on Sunday. It would be handy if we're happy with Fairfield, they're only about a half-hour for us (without traffic, that is). We're making sure to get to Petaluma tomorrow, as they're closed on Sunday - and we know where to get the best ice cream in Petaluma ;-)
