Yes, at some point we should have a East Coast and a West Coast get together for all the Riverside owners.  I am finding that there seems to be fewer West Coast owners on this site but I have also seen more and more RV dealers out here in California are carrying the Riverside Trailers.

I travel quite a bit with my job, have seen Riverside Retro RVs on dealer lots in SD, WY, MT, CA, and TX. Seldom more than one or two units at a time, but they're are making their way west.

Russ,

I know of one dealership in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I went with a more established dealership in Denver, Colorado, and they sell a lot of Retros and usually have about 6-7 different sized Retros in stock.

I'll be joining the ranks soon!  My guy is the only dealer in the San Diego county area.  I guess it takes longer for these and costs more to get out west here.  Love Morro Bay, going to go up there soon!

Where in Morro Bay did you stay? I see your site was very nice with trees. I would like to reserve a site but do not want one with no trees. I guess I could call up there as well. But asking you first.

Dealers in Salem and Portland Oregon also stock and sell the retros. We recently bought our177SE from a dealer in Portland who had several in stock

Amber:

This is the Morro Bay State Park which is located at 60 State Park Rd, Morro Bay, CA 93442.  This one is nicer (we feel) than the other State campground in Morro Bay.  It is also harder to get reservations.  The sites that are closer to the entrance have the tree's.  I think our site (Red/White 155XL) is in site 85.   The larger Retro trailer was in a site around #75.  Our site did not have hookups.  The sites closer to the main road have the hookups and those sites fill up the fastest.

Thank you!

We towed our 177se a total of 8500 miles, 10 states, 6 weeks this past year. Never saw another Retro until we were in Jackson Hole, Wy. Stayed at a KOA and after check in we proceeded to our space where we backed up to a mirror image of our trailer! Nice folks from Az. We swapped stories about the goods and the bads(we don't have many bads).

We do get a lot of attention, in campgrounds and lots of thumbs up on the road. Seems R pod's are everywhere. We did look at them, however the Retro was the clear winner. We are planning next seasons adventure as we speak. It doesn't matter where we go, it will be fun.
