i have a 199FKS and about 6 mos ago my camping partner decided to retract the slide but neglected to move a side table in the path. I now have a v shape rip in my B&W checkerboard floor.

I've been asking my dealer in Flagstaff AZ to order me a new piece of flooring ever since but they never do it or even inquire with Riverside if I can get a section of floor to puce in.

So, 2questions. Has anyone ever successfully contacted Riverside directly for replacement parts?  Second, does anyone have experience replacing a section of their flooring?

thx!

It's floor vinyl. I'm sure it's not a custom pattern for Riverside. Have you searched elsewhere? Take a look at this (I don't know if the grid pattern is the right size).

Much too large a grid pattern. I've been looking all over the internet. If I could just get my dealer or Riverside to provide me the brand, I could easily fix it. I'd even pay extra if Riverside wants to provide some at a profit to them.

Love my trailer. Hate my dealer. Not too fond of Riverside either at this point.

I have been looking for same pattern myself. No luck so far. Riverside takes their time getting back to me. The Vegas dealer never did call me back. They the factory does not sell to customers period . Good luck Found something similar in Reno but comes in a roll about $450.00

My 2017 199fks came from the factory with a spare piece of linoleum under the bed. Its the same as the flooring, and blended in pretty well. Didn't know it was there for some time. Might be worth a look...

If not, try bobt@riversidervs.net. No promises on a return email, but its the only contact i have.

Everyone at Riverside was absent the day they had the workshop on returning phone calls and emails!

I haven't tried to get in touch with Riverside but the dealership that I purchased my Retro from talks to them almost every day.  Any questions I have I have him ask them.  It seems to work.

Who's ur dealer, Dave?  As I said before, trying to go through my dealer (Paula Evert, Flagstaff AZ) has been fruitless. They make promises and NEVER follow-through despite my ferquent inquiries.

Rebecca, we bought ours from Dan Kearney in Center Rutland, VT.  His son, Joe, deals mainly with the campers.  They have been great.
