I want to paint my wheels to match the red on my 150; I didnt know if anyone had the color code handy or knew of a close match via Rustoleom or something.

Thanks!

It is disappointing that Riverside is not responding to emails through their website.  I will have to call them directly.  They should be nice to us![smile]

Riverside never responds to emails or calls. They are a very disappointing company to deal with.

Agreed, I have called them and sent emails about the color of the stain on the birch interior with no response. I also had my salesman ask the rep and he was no help at all.

The three times I have emailed Riverside i have never recieved a direct answer. That said, every time I heard back from the dealer in just a few days. They're Amish, so they minimize outside contact. A lack of reply does not necessarily mean they are "Unresponsive". They just prefer to communicate through your dealer. If your dealer is unresponsive, well then, that's a problem.

I don't think it's so much that as electronics. Write a letter instead of email.

I've been able to speak directly to people at Riverside Retro a few times. My dealer has been easy to talk to also, I don't, know if they have color codes, but I think you might just need to be persistent, or find the right person. They definitely need to work on customer connections.
