Traveler girl and I are new owners of a 2018 177SE, and we love it.  I wish it had more 12 vdc outlets, as we will be doing some boondocking and need to charge phones, power up reading lights, etc...  So I made a few additions.

1.  Remove small plastic covers from left & right side of radio, unscrew radio.
2.  Notice the small wires which power the radio.  They are spliced to the heavier cable (white = ground, blue = +12 vdc), by using two blue splice connectors.  This cable comes from the fuse panel, and goes to the under bed light fixture (I think).  Remove these connectors and cut the heavy cable.  Don't let any wires touch each other.
3.  Solder two wires 10" long,  to a suitable on-off switch, drill hole to right of radio, mount switch.
4.  Fasten or solder two 15" wires to a 12 vdc cigarette lighter socket.
5.  Drill a hole for the 12 v.  socket in the top of the storage space just under the cavity the radio is in.
6.  Feed the connector wires from the storage space up into the radio cavity.  Fasten the mounting nut tightly.
7.  Wire one switch wire to the radio positive lead.  Fasten with a small wire nut, cover with tape.
8. Strip and twist together, both ground wires from the big cable you cut, the ground lead from the socket and the ground wire from the radio, fasten very tightly with a large wire nut.  Cover wire nut with electrical tape.
9.  Strip and twist all the +12 vdc wires together, with the unused switch wire, fasten very tightly with a large wire nut.  Cover wire nut with electrical tape.
10.  Tie all wires together close to the wire nuts, using two or three tie wraps.
11.  Coil up excess wire, fasten with tie wraps.  Reinstall radio.
12.  Now we can charge phones from either side of bed, power up our reading lights, and don't have the radio dial lighting up the bedroom at night!

ADD 12 VDC OUTLETS TO THE TV AREA.

Last week I found the perfect TV at a yard sale for $12.  It is a Samsung UN22F5000.  Very sharp picture (HD), very thin, and light (6 lbs.).  And it runs on +14 vdc.  I read a reader review which said it actually worked down to 9.9 vdc, and it only draws some 18 watts, so it will be great for boondocking.  So now I needed 12 vdc up by the TV area.  Fortunately, there is a heavy DC wire cable behind the TV antenna switch plate.  All I had to do was remove the antenna switch plate and make some more power connections.

1.  Unscrew antenna plate (optionally, glue two small wood blocks behind the holes to make it fasten tighter).
2.  Note the black and white coax cables, and unscrew them.  Tape them so they don't fall in the hole.
3.  Note the two thin wires going from the small circuit board.  They fasten to the heavier cable with two blue splice fasteners.
4.  Remove the fasteners, strip 1/2" of the insulation from each of the heavier wires (first fasten with tape so they won't fall down behing the wall).
5.  This time, instead of wire nuts, I actually soldered the new wires to the heavier cable, insulated with electrical tape, and secured the spliced wires with a couple of tie wraps.
6.  Take the antenna plate, with circuit board, and drill a 3/8" hole, mount a rubber grommet in it.
7.  Screw a terminal block to the back of the plate.
8.  Strip the ends of two 12 v. automotive connectors, feed leads through grommet.
MAKE SURE THE CONNECTORS ARE THE KIND WITH THE BLACK LEAD EXPOSED AND THE RED LEAD COVERED.
9. Fasten all ground wires together in the terminal block.  White is ground on the heavier cable, black is ground on the 12 v. d.c. jacks, black is ground for the amplifier board.
10.  Fasten all positive wires together in the terminal block.  Blue is positive on the heavier cable, red is positive on the 12 v. d.c. jacks, red is positive for the amplifier board.
11.  BONUS STEP:  The little circuit board actually contains an R.F. signal splitter, one output goes to the jack for the TV, the other is not used and is not terminated.  This is bad engineering.  The unused jack (labled TV 2), should be terminated with a little 72 ohm terminator from Radio Shack.  You will gain a small bit of TV signal by adding this terminator.
12.  Re-connect the two coax cables to the board, and reinstall the antenna plate in the wall.

Then I made a new cable for the TV power with the matching connector on one end.  The TV power cable connector has the RED wire exposed, and the BLACK wire covered.

I can easily connect a cigarette lighter jack to the second connector, and use it for cellphone chargers.

Okay, one more outlet....    When boondocking, we need to charge laptops at the dinette, so I added another 12 v socket just below the left bench.  It was very easy as there is already a heavy wire (white and green) going to the light over the trailer tongue.  This time I spliced into the cable.  I also added one SAE-type 12 volt connector for future use.  For now, I'll plug a small 80 watt inverter into the socket to power the laptop power pack.  Here's photos:
